Shipping Policy

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday.

Shipping Timeframe

After processing, delivery takes 7-21 business days via Standard Shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free unless otherwise stated on the product. Large items may carry a stated shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using this tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@newmakerforge.store with photos and tracking information. We'll investigate with the carrier and either replace your item or issue a refund.
