After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days

• International Shipping: 14-21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping thresholds may apply to qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using this tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@newmakerforge.store with photos and tracking information. We'll investigate with the carrier and either replace your item or issue a refund.
