Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping (7-21 business days): Free — shipping is free unless otherwise stated on the product. Large items may carry a stated shipping fee.
An optional Express upgrade (1-2 business days, $15.00) is available at checkout on eligible orders.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost, contact us at support@newmakerforge.store with photos and your tracking number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
